Full Interior Design
Space planning, concept development, drawings, themes, colours, and procurement schedules — the complete design service, ready to hand off.
Our Full Interior Design service takes a project from an empty brief to a fully specified, construction-ready package — without any physical build. Every decision is resolved on paper so that whoever builds can build it right, the first time.
Ideal for clients who have their own contractors or project managers and need the design authority and documentation to hand over a resolved, unambiguous brief.
Every stage of the design, documented and delivered.
Space Planning
We analyse the floor plate and design a spatial arrangement that improves how the room works — traffic flow, natural light, proportion, and function — before anything visual is decided.
Concept Development
A clear design direction defined in a concept board: mood, materiality, colour palette, and the overall character of the space. This becomes the reference point for every decision that follows.
Technical Drawings
Full-set construction drawings including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and joinery details — drawn to a standard that a contractor can build from without ambiguity.
Procurement Schedules & Specifications
A fully itemised schedule covering every product, material, and piece of furniture specified in the design — with supplier references, quantities, dimensions, finishes, and indicative pricing. Furniture is included as a complete FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) list, so procurement can begin the moment the design is approved, with nothing left to source or interpret independently.
The design authority your project needs.
Some clients come to us when the architecture is already resolved — the shell is finished, a contractor is appointed, and what is missing is a precise interior specification. Others bring us in early, knowing they want to manage their own construction but need the design done properly first.
In both cases, we deliver a complete design package: everything a contractor needs to build it, and everything a procurement team needs to order it — with nothing left to interpretation.
If you later decide to add the build, we offer a straightforward path to our Design and Build service — the design work already done becomes the foundation for construction, with no duplication of effort.
A resolved design — one where every surface, every piece, and every detail is specified before work begins — is the most valuable thing a client can walk onto a site with.
